Goofy Guru’s AWE-mazing Morning (EFT) Tap Session
Ever since Brittany and I started the Get Goofy Road Trip a few weeks ago, we have been starting each day
with a “Morning Tap” to wake us up in a
positive way, inspire and energize
us as well as affirm that our chief
goal is to have an awesome day, EVERY
day, no matter what happens—even extreme diarrhea! So I am sharing my own
personalized morning tap session. If you
like it, you are welcome to use it or better yet-- create one for yourself!
Just in case you are not
familiar with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) --do your own homework!! but— EFT is a form of psychological
acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional
acupuncture. But instead of needles,
simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto
specific meridians on throughout the head and chest.
This combination of tapping the energy meridians while
voicing positive affirmations at the
same time works to clear any emotional blocks from your body, thus
restoring your mind and body balance, which, as you know is essential for
optimal health and healing of physical disease. If you do your
homework, you will find that EFT can be used to address ANY
issues/concerns/challenges-- from physical ailments to grieving ANY loss; from attracting more wealth to “letting go” to dealing with rejection,
relationships, etc.
Chief Mantra:
"No matter what happens today, I choose to have an AWWWWmazing day TODAY and I deeply and completely love, forgive and accept myself."
There! How do you
feel? Better, more awake? Energized? Excited about your day? I hope so! Feel free to do this as many times as you
need, or better yet make up your own personalized affirmations and wake up each
morning loving, forgiving and accepting yourself and others!
